I regret to inform that your firm had assured us the delivery of goods on time since we had particularly stipulated for prompt delivery when placing the order, but have still not received the delivery, due to which we are put to considerable inconvenience.
Please tell us if you can deliver the goods within a week. If not, we shall have to cancel the order, as we cannot wait longer than a week.
However, this is not the first time that we have to complain regarding the delay in ordered goods.
We once again insist upon the prompt delivery of our goods. Otherwise we shall cancel our order and be compelled to place it elsewhere
