Sarojini Naidu was born on 13 February 1879 in Hyderabad. She was practical and down to earth lady. Sarojini Naidu was indeed a shining star of India, who lit up the whole nation with the shine of her inner virtues and finally left for heavenly abode on 2nd March 1949 in Lucknow.
