Through this letter of mine, we wish to enquire about the tours organised by you as we are planning a five-day educational trip to Jaipur for the students of classes IX and X.
Please let us know the terms and conditions of the conducted tours by you, the charges including boarding/lodging, fares, Volvo bus service and any other relevant information. We request you to give a reasonable discount as well because it is an educational trip. We will appreciate if you send us printed material or brochure of your conducted tours.
