How to Make a Cheese Omelet
Cheese omelet? The very thought makes your mouth water, doesn’t it? But do you know how to make it? Here’s the recipe.
To make a cheese omelet you will need two eggs, one finely chopped onion and tomato, some grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and a tablespoon of oil.
First of all, take a bowl and beat the eggs in it. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Pour the oil in the frying pan and heat it on a stove. Once the oil is heated put the onions in it, stirring them frequently. When they become golden brown, add the tomatoes and fry them. Now, pour the beaten eggs, spreading them lightly in the pan. Let this cook for a few minutes, then sprinkle grated cheese. Turn the almost cooked omelet and fold it. Leave it on the stove until fully cooked.
It’s ready! Now turn it out on to a plate, and serve hot with tomato sauce and buttered toast. Bon appetite!
