Dear Sohan,
I was a bit disappointed to learn that you could not pass the Pre-Board school examination. But it should not discourage you. I was happy to know that your school has cleared your name for the final Board Examination on the strength of your good past record. That is what matters.
I know you are a brilliant student and the final Board exam result would make me and your family proud of you. The need of the hour is to get busy with your studies. The tragic death of your loving pet dog ‘Tommy’ last month affected your concentration. I feel what it meant to you and I saw how it put you in grief. That is the reason why you could not do some of the exam subjects well enough. Do not lose heart and get over your grief. Life must go on. The first duty of a student is towards his studies.
Final exams are still two and a half months away. You can easily make up and excel. Remember friend, you have no time to lose. Get over and get going. We shall be celebrating together when the results come out. I am doing fine with my own studies. Nothing to worry about.
