My Dear Kapil,
I have been staying here in a village with my friend Mr. Tyagi for the last three weeks. I have enjoyed my stay here. I am feeling quite at home.
There is no din and noise. Life is very quiet and peaceful. We get fresh, open air all the twenty-four hours. Life is simple and free from all restraints of society. We get a lot of pure, unadulterated milk and butter. Vegetables and fruit are also available in abundance. The village is surrounded on all sides by green fields stretching over miles. The scenery on all sides is resplendent and park life.
The village folk are unsophisticated, generous and hospitable. They are free from all cunningness and duplicity. They are happy and healthy. They are full of humour. Their enjoyments are simple and harmless. Their rustic songs are very enjoyable. The village beaux and belles are radiant with health. There are no vices and no fashions of the modem civilization. The villagers live nearer to nature and God. Life here is inexpensive and natural.
I like to roam about the fields and enjoy Nature’s fresh air. The air is full of fragrance. There is no smoke and no foul smell. I am feeling stronger and healthier. I like the place very much. I would like you to come over here for a change and for rejuvenation. You will feel toned up.
More when we meet.
