Write a letter of formality to your father requesting him to send you more money.
Room No. 12,
My dear Father
I received three hundred and fifty rupees sent by you by money order. Out of this, I have paid hostel charges and University fees. Now I have confidently dedicated myself to my studies. The memory of Sangeeta haunts me here. Sometimes, while studying, her innocent face takes a concrete shape on the pages of the book. Yesterday when I was meditating over the stanzas related to childhood pranks of Krishna written by the devotee Surdasa, it suddenly reminded me of Sangeeta trotting with anklets on. During the Dussehra holidays I’ll return home with beautiful frocks and toys for Sangeeta.
Since I have to buy some textbooks, I need at least fifty rupees more. Kindly send the money by money order at the earliest, and also the news about family well-being. I wish greetings to the elders and tender love to the young ones.
I am anxiously waiting for your reply.
