Subject: Inability to execute an order
We thank you very much for your order of six dozen revolving office chairs to be delivered to your firm by the 24th of this month.
We greatly appreciate your interest in our furniture and wish we were in a position to execute your order, but, as we have already several large orders which are keeping us busy it will not be possible for our firm to carry out your order even if you were good enough to extend the date of delivery by a month.
We are once again sorry for our inability to serve you but hope that you will understand that it is due to circumstances over which we have no control.
Looking forward to the time when we shall be able to attend to your requirements.
