When was the first guy fawkes day celebrated?

The first GUY FAWKES DAY celebration.

The first GUY FAWKES DAY celebration took place two years after the Gunpowder Plot, when bonfires were lit by direction of the Corporation of Bristol, 5 November 1607.

The earliest record of fireworks on Guy Fawkes Day is contained in Pepys’s diary for 1660, and the following year he makes mention of a deplorable habit which still survives—small boys flinging crackers in the street.
