Prevention is better than cure
It is a fact accepted by all people that prevention is better than cure.
In layman’s terms, it means that we should form the beginning to prevent undesirable things from taking place rather than act when they have happened or we must take action against harmful things and not be careless.
We should take proper care of our bodies rather than falling ill. We should nip the evil in the bud.
If we do not take care of ourselves then we fall ill which results in a waste of money and energy.
