Kara Sea is the extension of the Arctic Ocean. It is situated in the north western Russian island Siberian coast. The total area of the Kara Sea is 880000 square meter, with an average depth of 128 meter and the deepest point is of 620 meter deep. Major part of the year, Kara Sea is covered with ice; it is suitable for tourist only in the months of August and September. Dixon and Nova ports are its main ports, which are very busy in August and September for fishing.
