Everything in the world is now simple. Cooking is simpler. Ordering food is simple. Even changing channels is simpler. Man strives to make life easier. He wants everything to now be automated. Automatic means faster and faster means more efficient. Every second saved is a reason to either be more sedentary or be just plain lazy. It is also to be noted that the rates of obesity increased with increase in an automatic life.
Being obese or even overweight leads to a number of diseases. It is paradoxical that these diseases prevent people from losing the weight and resultant they give up. They become breathless pretty soon and see no point in continuing with exercises that they can do for a short while. A very common excuse is lack of time. Automation gives people more time to work but astonishingly very less time to work out. People want to retire as early as possible in order to be able to avoid even that little amount of work that they are forced to do. This leads to severe increase in weight. All these are a sign of an unhealthy lifestyle.
In the present day scenario one can see people going walking and jogging in the morning in order to stay fit and healthy. This is because the people are becoming more aware of diseases due to obesity. The exercising and gym industry is now seen as a lucrative industry as exercising leads to a healthy way of life. The new mantra is to stay fit. It is good to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. So follow this trend for your own good, and enjoy a disease free life.
