We should not be a miser
There were two friends named Suresh and Pradeep. They worked in the same office. Suresh was a big miser. One day, Pradeep died due to a heart attack. Suresh phoned the office of a local newspaper and asked, “What is the rate of an advertisement under the obituary column?” “Ten rupees for every single word,” came the reply. “Oh, that is too much!” said Suresh. “Who died?” “My dear friend,” said Suresh. “And you are thinking about money at this moment. You should be ashamed,” came the reply. Suresh felt sorry for his miserly nature.
Moral: We should not be a miser.
