Dear Miss,
We wish to draw your attention to our bill for Rs. 1650 only payment of which is long overdue. May we remind you that during Lakme Fashion Week held in the second week of March 2007 at Delhi Grand, you visited our emporium and picked up a Lahenga worth Rs. 1650. As you were not carrying cash you promised to send the payment from Mumbai as soon as you would reach there. Almost three months have passed and we have not received the payment in spite of a reminder sent earlier.
We request you to settle the bill immediately and avoid bitterness building up between us. You have been our valued customer and such a thing never happened before. We hope that it is due to some oversight and your cheque surely will remove the misunderstanding.
