  1. A lion lived in a forest. He was very cruel and daily killed so many animals daily.
  2. The animals held a meeting with the lion.
  3. They promised to send him one animal daily for his meal, and he should stop killing so many animals every day. The lion agreed.
  4. One day it was the hare’s turn. He reached the Lion late.
  5. The lion was angry.
  6. When he asked the hare why he was late, the hare told him that he had met another lion on the way, who claimed to be the king of the forest.
  7. The lion felt much insulted. The lion asked the hare to show him the other lion.
  8. The hare took the lion to a well. The lion looked into the well and saw his own image in the water.
  9. He roared loudly challenging that lion and jumped into the well in order to fight the other lion.
  10. He lost his life. All the animals lived happily after the lion’s death.

Moral: Brain is mightier than brawn.
